Mo holds 18 years experience of working the social care environment across the spectrum of elderly, those with learning disabilities, children and young people and their families who experience emotional and behavioural difficulties. She has worked with Living Ambitions for over 8 years and contributes greatly to supporting people in creating their individual Person Centred Plans which are not only is attainable and achievable but bring to that person a sense of empowerment. Mo places importance on staff training and believes this is the key to providing a lead service in this industry.
