With a background in Psychology and Occupational Psychology early in his career he gave 3 years to voluntary work. He has previously worked as a consultant both nationally and internationally at Ministerial and Chief Executive levels. As the founder of the Company he has intensively engaged in the management and delivery of various services throughout the organisation’s years in operation.
